Dear the Mainstream Media: Remember when all you could do was make Sarah Palin look like an idiot, starting with Katie Couric’s “Which newspapers do you read?” interview? Yeah, well, with all of the “previews” and “exclusive looks” at her book and all of the play you’ve been giving “Going Rogue” over the past few days, looks like Sarah Palin’s having the last $5-million-advance laugh, and she’d like to thank you for all of the free press for a book that ain’t even out yet. “Now I know how Dan Brown feels!” she exclaims. Sigh.
